photography. The plant is made up of three areas
,
designated A", "B", and "C" (see CIA/OSI-C-RA/60-2). Haze and clouds
on the later coverage preclude a detailed analysis of the installation and a
discussion of changes since the earlier photography. No photographic
evidence can be given to confirm the belief that the plant developed and
manufactured the prototype ICBMs (see referenced OSI report). Only two
new s, containing housing, can be positively identified and located on
the a photography. One area, containing probable single-family dwel-
ling units, is 0.4 miles northeast of Area "A." and is approximately 0.3
miles wide and 0.7 miles long (see Figure 2). The other area, probably
containing similar housing units, is 0. 5 miles north of Area "A" and
averages 0. 3 miles wide and 0.3 miles long. Also visible in-is part
of the water supply pipeline southeast of the plant area.
