electronic surveillance operation.

Received a call from Bill Anderson,
in the office of Representative Clarence Long (D., Md.), who said that
in a recent article in the Foreign Policy magazine, German Chancellor
Helmut Schmidt was quoted as having said, in June 1975, that he had no
knowledge of any U. S. anger over the nuclear deal between West Germany

Frank Hurley, a congressional intern on the staff of Representative Jack
Kemp (R., N.Y.), concerning the recent article by David Binder,
Center for Policy Support/DDI, and I dropped by
