In July 1959 we cancelled subscriptions of which 11 still appear on
the tabulation attached to reference4 rive of the latter have expired
and six will, expire in the next few months* In addition, two were not
ordered by PIC, five are cost free: and three appear as double entries
because of reordering action*

Acquisitions Branch of the OCR Library of any deletions resulting from
the survey.
4. Every effort is being made to ensure the legitimacy of all i?ro*
turement requests through the centralization of responsibility and
justification or each request* Of our total ludget for the current it's*
cal year of $63000 about 20% is used for nevspapers and periodicals and
for technical books and publications. To date, we have obligated
