Approval of Minutes: The minutes of 3 August 1966 were approved as written. B. Old Business: The recommendation by for acceptance of a standardized card output format from the Computer Measurement Corporation, which had been coordinated with appropriate NPIC elements, was approved. The color evaluation presentations were postponed until the next Production Board meeting because certain graphics could not have been ready for this meeting without considerable overtime work. gave a rundown on statistics concerning the precision base plot program. It was agreed that the projects have proceeded well during the trial and that we seem to be producing our goal of 10 each week. suggested that we keep a record on manhours expended. on published reports in order to determine the extent to which the program is affecting our estimate of manhours required to do the project and to compare with manhours required per report by our former system. indicated that analysis of required base plots to be produced in- dicated that with 10 complete each week, it will require over years to complete the presently required base plots for the first time. When we add the new targets being located on each mission and the necessary up-dates, it is even more evident that we must try to accelerate the program. were requested to consider the possibility of increasing production to 15 percision base plots per week. PAG will also be looking at this possibility and will confer at a later date with TID and PD. It was decided to wrap-up presentation on 7 September. PD is scheduled to commented that wait until reschedule the 707 C. New Business: commented on the 90-day PAG support trial period. He suggested we should schedule a discussion of the first 30 days of the 90-day period at the next Board meeting. In response to a question by Board members indicated that no unresolved problems were experienced in exploitation of the KH-8 materials.
