1. A Liaison Staff of the CIA~Photo Analysis Division (NPIC)
has been established in Room 5-G-28, CIA Head asters Langley (tele-
phone extensions has been
designated Chief of the Liaison Staff.
2. The purpose of the Liaison Staff is to generally assist
Headquarters personnel in their dealings with the CIA~Photo Analysis
Division (NPIC). Specific functions are as follows:
a. Provide guidance to CIA personnel on the application
of p~lotographic intelligence to their problems.
b. Advise Agency component requirements officers on the
preparation of requests for photographic intelligence support
and services.
c. Provide a centralized control center for CIA and NPIC
photographic intelligence publications and study facilities
for appropriately certified Agency personnel.

3. Reference sets forth the procedure for submitting all
CIA photographic interpretation support or services requests. To
expedite the handling of such re quests, they should be prepared on
Form No. NPIC FM 1 (8-61) and sent directly from the Agency compo-
nent re quirement officer to;
