To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and General Provisions, and any specifications or other provisions which are made a part of the contract by reference or otherwise, the Schedule and the General Provisions shall control. When it is deemed necessary to disclose classified information to a sub- contractor to accomplish the purposes of this Contract, the Contractor will request permission of the Contracting Officer prior to such disclosure. Upon the g'anting of permission, the Contractor shall cause to be inserted in all subcontracts under this contract a provision sii.lar to this article. ARTICLE V11 m NON PUBLI03TY It is a specific condition of the agreement that the Contractor shall not use or allow to be used any-aspect of this agreement for publicity or advertisement purposes. Thereafter, the Contractor shall, prior to concluding any agreement with a firm and/or individual, advise the Contracting Officer of the proposed agreement and such agreement shall not be entered into by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall comply with the General Schedule Provisions, attached hereto and made a part hereof. In the event of any discrepancy between the fore- going and the General Schedule Provisions, the foregoing shall apply. ARTICLE IX ? RENEGOTIATED RATES The hourly rates set forth in ARTICLE IV of this contract shall be effective during the period 1-jul.y 1964 through 31 December 1964. ARTICLE III. REPORTS The Contractor shall furnish a report (five copies) of each visitation containing a statement of the difficulties,-the immediate corrective action taken and/or the recommendations of the Contractor for the resolution of the difficulties. ARTICLE IV. TECHNICAL CONFERENCES At such times as may be required by the technical representative of the Contracting Officer visits shall be made to the premises of the Sponsor in Washington, D. C. by Contractor personnel for the purpose of conferring with the said technical representative of the Contracting Officer regarding problems arising under the Sponsor?s contracts with the firms listed in ARTICLE, 11 of this Task or for the purpose of orientation and briefings pertinent technical aspects of such contracts. TASK NO. 11 ARTICLE I. STATEMENT OF WORK The Contractor shall conduct studies and investigations for accomplishing the objectives of this task. The work encompassed in this task is preliminary and pathfinding in nature and the specifies may be revised from time to time by the Technical Representative of the Contracting Officer. If certain items warrant further work beyond the preliminary and pathfinding phase and require more extensive work than is appropriate for this task, then those items shall be set forth in separate tasks if performed by the Contractor. 1. Submicron measurement error analysis Evalute the physical and metallurgical properties of materials used in measuring engine construction to determine comparative suability to submicron measuring.- Materials to be considered area Meehanite, steel., granite, aluminum, magnesium, and glass. ARTICLE II. REPORTS The Contractor shall furnish mohthly narrative reports-(five copies) covering work performed under this task during the reporting period.
