Shipments on the current contract are complete and items
were shipped as follows:
a) One 2-axis counter shipped Sept. 30, 1964
b) One 2-axis counter shipped Oct. 30, 1964
c) Spare circuit boards shipped October 30, 1964
d) One 2-axis counter, shipped Nov. 30, 1964
e) One 4-axis counter shipped Dec. 30, 1964
f) Spare circuit boards for the 4-axis, shipped Dec. 30,
1964.

changes found necessary last Octo er. The retrofit of
the circuit board changes and the control panel changes
will be completed next week.and the counter is scheduled
.for shipment Friday, Jan. 15, 1965.
The only retrofit outstanding now is to the counter in

submitted a quote on two counters which include the
punch aa~W coupler. The counters will provide a dual
capability for either on-line computer operation or off-
line IBM punch card production. One nice feature of the
proposed dual capability is that if the synchronizer
chassis of the counter should go out of order, the operator
can switch over from on-line to punch card operation and
continue his work.
