Dear Sir:
Under the subject contract, payment of the
5 per cent withhold has not been made. The withhold
was invoiced in two increments, one on December 31,
1965 and one on May 9, 1966.
Insofar as we can determine, and as stated
in reference a.) and b.) letters, performance on the
subject contract has been completed to your full
and complete satisfaction and all requirements have,
been mot. Copies of the withhold invoices are en-
closed for your convenience. We respectfully request
they be paid.
