Dear George:
Enclosed are the operating instructions for our
motorized film transport for the MIM-4.
I was not fully satisfied with the location of
the scribe marks for different film sizes. I suggest
that your people experiment with different locations
and when they are satisfied, they can black out the
existing lines and scribe new ones.
We have submitted our invoice to Walt who is
forwarding it to finance. Walt tells me you must pre-
pare a receiving report and submit it to finance.
Finance matches the receiving report to the invoice and
then prepares payment. I would greatly appreciate it
if you will expedite submittal of the receiving report
so we can get paid.
I expect to be in WDC in a few weeks on Rod's work
and I'll stop by and see you than.
