Gentlemen:
Because of circumstances beyond our control, we are herein
requesting certain changes in the TICM schedule of the contract. -
The original SERVICE CHARGES: schedule of the contract net forth
certain classes, gra es, and our y rates, as well as man-hours to be
worked by each class or grade. This is reproduced in Exhibit A, attached
hereto.
Amendment 1 to the contract authorised certain changes. Exhibit B.
attached hereto, incorporates such changes. Thus, Exhibit B is a
composite schedule which show? Exhibit A as it would be modified by
Amendment 1. The. change made Amendment 1 reflects the departure
from the the Grade 5 Senior Photographic
Engineer.
Since the issuance of Amendment 1, certain other personnel changes,
.have taken place in the First, the Manager,
Exhibit C would take the contract through June 1966.
Image Analysis Center has recently departed. is now
Manager, Image Analysis Center. Second, has been
assigned responsibility for a considerable portion of the work. Further,
we now have on board who can make a contribution to the
work to be performed. Additioml , Mr. Photographic
Technical Specialist, and o gra c Technician,
have contributed to the wor per orm . stly,
Illustrator, has been utilized on S project in the area his spec ty.
Accordingly, we request and suggest that the contract be further
modified to reflect the necessary.cM% on made. In order to conform to
what has actually taken place, and What we. expect to take place in order
to complete the work, Exhibit C,hunts been prepared for your information.

For your background information, the original. hourly rates included,
in addition to the salary grade level of compensation. an overhead rate of
nave, o course, gone up in some cases. the case of rate
for the period after 1 January 1966, no change in rate has been made
since the number- of hours worked after January 1, 1966 is inconsequential.
Your consideration in rdvising the schedule for the period After
January 1, 1966 will be appreciated. Schedule C is presented solely
to indicate expected distribution of labor at the rates indicated and the
expected approximate total expenditures based on these factors. Please
advise as to any aspect on which you desire additional clarification.
