SUBJECT: TID/TAB Requests for Program Changes to the
Human Error Analysis Program
TID/TAB, as requested by IPD in Memorandum NPIC/IPD-80/66,
is submitting through channels a formal request to modify the
Human Error Analysis Program formerly referred to as the Faux pas
Program and worked under Project No. 99710-4. This modification
requirement is being levied to incorporate into this program an
additional mathematical refinement designed to improve the
accuracy of the results obtained from the Human Factors' error
study. It was discovered by
