In accordance with the Subcontracts clause of Contract No.
we are enclosing for ratification our Purchase Order
No. 4225 covering the services of a l programmer analyst
for eleven hours.
His services were required in the preparation of a program
for the analysis of data derived from an experimental study
conducted under the contract. Originally, we had also intend-
ed to usel 435 computer hook-up; however, in the
interim, we decided to contract with G: directly for the
leasing of computer time and expect our own installation
shortly.
tie did not request prior approval for the use of these services
as we were not certain as to the amount of time that would be
involved.
We would appreciate it if you would indicate your approval
on the pink receiving copy; the green numerical copy may be
retained for your files.
