1. 1 - recommend that the contractor be instructed not to under-
cuke the 3 month sub-study of Modulated Light Rehr Projection Viewers.
I also recommend that the contractors request to hire P.I. consultants
for work on this task also be refused,.
2. In reference to the request to purchase the two items as
stated in the 15 February 1966 letter, I r ecovmend that this be approved.
