Gentlemen:
Evidently there has been some misunderstanding concerrlint; the ceounta-
oaility of property ,generated under subject contract.
In accordance with earlier discussions, -we have, for property control pur-
poses, been cansid:ering the property generated under Contract
as "transfered" to the follow-on Contract
Ve came to this agreement Because all property generated under Cc.rtr act
was utilized and modified under the follrw-on contract. The only
item not modified was th a, OClean Room Complex .

Under cover of our letter {ated 2 February 1966, ve foavarded a listing of all
residual property generated under these two contracts (copies are enclosed) Please advise if this listing is not sufficient.
In the event that present discus Ions concerning the possibility of additional
programs, which v..4ll utilize all or a portion of the property : enerated. under
our previous contracts, do not come to fruition.________________ vAll be 25X1
pleased to issue an offer on the residual property. However, at this Vine,
we feel that such an offer would be premature.
