Information provided by my Technical Representative indicates
a possible overrun of costs under the subject Contract. It is
understood that you believe an overrun may not occur because you
expect some of your claimed expenditures will be disallowed in
the final audit.
In the interest of clatity, it is requested that you advise
the Contracting Officer of the extent of any anticipated overrun
costs Under this Contract with reasons therefor and detailed cost
information in support of the need for any additional funds.
If you believe additional funds will, not be required, it is
requested that you provide the Contracting Officer with specific
information as to how you expect to complete this Contract within
tlae limited amount of funds remvaining f'rtm the total funds
allocated under this Contract.
You are reminded that you are not authorized to incur costs
In the performance of this Contract in excess of the estimated
cost thereof as currently stipulated in the Contract unless and 25X1
until the Contracting Officer notifies you that such estimated
costs has been increased.
