POINT TRANSFER DEVICE
Progress Report 552 & 552A for March 1966
Work on the Point Transfer Device was completing de-
bugging and clean up work for acceptance tests. All elements of
the system are operating with optimizing adjustments being made.
Acceptance test were successfully completed March 30 and 31, and
plans were made to ship the unit April 18, 1966.
The attached "Customer Review (CD-149) gives details of
acceptance visit and outlines work that was required for shipment.
Work was advanced on the 552A #103 system during this
reporting period with a schedule made to deliver this system in
May 1966. The 552A #104 will be delayed several months because
of the retrofitting to be done.
