TASK ORDER #14 -
A. Current Status of Work
Work on the IIS conceptual design and functional specifications was cam-
pleted. Work was initiated and completed on a program implementation plan
for the remaining phases of the program. This work was reviewed in draft
25X1 A report form by on August 4 and 5, and by our
consultants including on
25X1A August 12, and on August 15. Two final reports covering Phase I,
SCR 288, "Conceptual Design and Functional Specifications", and SCR 289,
"Program Implementation Plan" were delivered by courier to NPIC for publica-
tion on August 16.
A briefing describing the IIS conceptual design was given to NPIC manage-
ment and technical personnel on August 19, 1966.
B. Problem Areas
None
C. Projected Work for the Next Monthly Period
Upon receiving authorization to proceed on Phase II, work will be initiated
on the development of software and hardware component alternatives prior to
evaluation and selection of.a detailed system configuration.
