The attached detailed cost breakdown dated 17 January
1966 constitutes a revision to
"Proposal For an Advanced Information
Handling System" dated 3 September 1965.
This cost revision reflects the adjustments in labor
rates and a reduction in our Government approved bidding
overhead rates which became effective 1 January 1966. No
changes have been made to the total number of labor hours
or the amount of travel and consulting services all of
25X1A which were agreed to in our meeting of 15 December 1965.

Attached also is the requested Certificate of Current
Pricing executed by our Division Controller.
The original proposal with these revisions is now valid
for a period of ninety (90) days from this date and will be
automatically withdrawn if not accepted by the Government
or extended by prior to that date.
