DESCRIPTION OF INTELLIGENCE REQUIREMENT AND DETAILED TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT (Continue on addi- tional page if required) This cov? ,ct is concerned with Phase 1 (Analysis) only of a four phase program leading to the implementation of an integrated information processing system for NPIC. During Phase 1, the present NPIC substantive data base will be analyzed, the specific NPIC objectives which the data base is aimed at supporting will be determined, and information systems in operation or development at other facilities will be studied and evaluated as to their relative merits and pertinence to NPIC problems.
