BRIEFING GUIDELINES
The following guid.olines, submitted by analysts, indi-
cate the type of information which should be provided by the
orientation briefings:
1. General description of organizational
structure, including functions and locations of organi-
zational units.
2. General description of requirements lc-ried on
IPD. Wiat are the needs, the use to which these needs
are put, and or what purpose.
3. General description of all substantive input
output products identified with each organizational
e~.ent. Define type, preparation, processing time,
use, and flow through Center.
4+. General description for each organizational
unit of substantive files, equipment, and communication
facilities.
5. Describe any modifications to functions, prod-
ucts, equipment, procedures, or product use now planned
but not yet implemented.
6. General comments on Center and component prob-
lem areas, desired data processing support system
performance objectives, and constraints on cost, size
of staff and facilities. These comments should pertain
to both current and projected activities.
