After careful review of your letter we wish to assure you of
our complete willingness to cooperate fully with you by
discussing technical matters pertaining to specific assign-
ments with
Because of the peculiar nature of our engineering and
development work it is extremely difficult to isolate prop-
rietary information when involved in engineering discussions.
As will no doubt be acting as technical consultant
with firms who may be in a competitive position with us, and
who may also be contracting with you, we will require him to
enter into an agreement with us which is the customary pro-
cedure when retaining consultants on engineering problems.
Again, let us assure you of our desire to expedite your require-
ments. We have met and are greatly impressed
with his capabilities.
