An "A" following named individuals indicates 25X1 alternate program personnel. This list is complete except for copilot His clearance is currently being processed by local DOD personnel. In the event it is still pending at the time of operations we 25X1 will put as copilot and make a substitution in his ground party from the list of alternates. Please notify me if the substitution is required at this time. Attachment No. 2 shows current program organization. 3. Complete program scheduling is presented as A tachment No. 3. For the 15th of June, 1964, sunrise in San Diego is at 4:53 AM, sunset is at 7:04 PM. Darkness exists between the hours of 8:30 PM and 3:30 AM. The solar angle between he hours of 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM is greater than 30 degrees, generally cceptable for aerial photography. 4. During the course of operations the B-25 aircraft will be based at Lindbergh Field, San Diego's municipal airport. o operations will be conducted from North Island Naval Air Station. Re istration number of the B-25 is N5865V. Communications on board inc ude: LF 200 to 1750 kilocycles VHF 118. 0 to 126.9 megacycles (ARC-3) VHF 151. 625 megacycles (fixed frequency for ground team communications) 2 VOR(ILS) 108 and 135.9 megacycles 5. Identification of targets is at this time tentative and will be finalized during our visit to San Diego the 18th of May (24 on Attachment No. 3). Arrangements for the trip will be made by and your office will be notified next week. Targets are iden ified on Attachment No. 4 as follows: 1 Airfields - Lindbergh Field and North Island Naval Air Station 2 Railroad facilities - adjoining m nicipal docking areas and San Diego Naval Station 3 Truck terminals - unidentified 4 Shipyard and Port facilities - mu icipal dock area 5 Rapid construction - unidentified 6 Military storage - Marine Corps recruit depot and Naval Air Stat' on 7 Military Motor Pool - same as Proposed flight lines are sketched on the overlays in Attachment No. 4 li angle of 100 degrees.
