(A) and (B) of the Article under "Additional General Provisions"
entitled "Allowable Cost, Fixed Fee and Payment" in the
25X1A (SCHiEDVLE) of Contract No !ell hereby be deleted
in their entirety and the o owing substituted in. lieu thereof:
(A) The Fixed Fee applicable for this Contract,
or for Task Order(s) issued hereunder shall be negotiated
and stated in each such agreexent 0
(B) Subject to the withholding provisions of this
contract, progress pi ents on the Fixed Fee may be paid,
in monthly installments, in amounts which, when added to
all previous payments on account of the faxed fee, bear
the same proportion to the total Fixed Fee as the sum of
the pa cents made and due on account of allowable cost,
bear to the total estimated cost.
Please indicate your acceptance by executing sad retur?nin; the
original and one copy of this letter, retaining the third copy for
your files.
