The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center 1Plc (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. This installation is identified in the Bombing Encyclopedia as Dzerzhinsk Army Barracks Northeast AL-1). No barracks are identified in this installation. The area is served by the primary Dzerzhinsk-Minsk highway. Dzerzhinsk Army Barracks Southeast is located 6.6 kilometers (krn) southeast. 'T'his secured installation covers approxi- mately 25 acres and contains 12 storage build- ings and 19 support buildings (Figures 2 and 3). 'Ihe installation was covered by _ TALENT photography and four KEYHOLE missions between Comparative analysis reveals the same general level of usage between _ Significant changes since _ include a small expansion in area and die addition of five storage and two support buildings. The area is not directly rail served; how- ever, the main Minsk-Baranovichi rail line serves Dzerzhinsk. 'The Dzerzhinsk-Minsk highway passes on the south edge of the installation. Area E, secured, contains 12 storage build- ings and 19 support buildings, all apparently occupied.
