The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center IPlc (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. Several good all-weather roads also serve the installation. The installation is not rail served; however, the Minsk-Borisov rail line is approximately 2 km southeast. Other military installations in this vicinity include Minsk Army Barracks Uruchye (AL-1), imme- diately west-southwest, and the Minsk Military Training Area (TA-1), which is directly as- sociated with both installations. This installation (Figures 2 and 3) covers approximately 800 acres and contains four ad- ministrative buildings, 10 barracks, 19 storage buildings, 21 support buildings, 20 probable de- pendents quarters, a tent camp area and eight equipment storage/maintenance buildings of which two are located in a secured motor park area. Training facilities within the area include 25X1 D 25X1 D The Minsk-Moscow highway runs along the northwest edge of this installation. Several other good all-weather roads also serve the instal- lation. Administrative and Troop Housing Area Area D (Figure 3) contains two administra- tive buildings, 10 barracks, two storage build- ings and one support building. Track activity indicates that the buildings are probably being utilized. Two support buildings and one storage building have been added since Equipment Storage/Maintenance Areas Area JL contains one vehicle storage/main- tenance building 110 by 90 feet, one vehicle shed 135 by 35 feet, one storage building and a secured motor park 320 by 440 feet. Area J2 contains five equipment storage/ maintenance buildings 240 by 60 feet, one equip- ment storage/maintenance building 140 by 60 feet and five support buildings.
