This report is a partial answer to DIA re-
quirement DIA-AP1-63-88, to verify or pinpoint
the location of Soviet military garrisons in
Poland and to perform a photo analysis to deter-
mine boundaries of the installations, to deter-
mine function, number and dimensions of build-
ings, to estimate troop capacity, and to identify
and describe related training areas and facilities
and amtunition or POL storage. This report
covers two installations in the Brzeg area. The
installations are shown in Figure 1.
This report is a supplement to PIR 32-591/
which was based on 'T'ALENT photography.
TALENT photography was also used to compile
this report. In addition, the best available
KEYHOLE photography was used to determine
changes in the installations and to compute
dimensions of buildings erected since _

3 maintenance shops with a total of 57,800
square feet of floor space, and
10 storage buildings with a total of 46,435
square feet of floor space.
The latest available photographic coverage
reveals that:
2 administration buildings with a total of
24,000 square feet of floor space have
been constructed.
No associated training areas, facilities,
ammunition or POL storage are observed.
