C. 9L SIDE: MINUS DENSITY DOTS, 3.85" FROM, AND PARALLEL TO, THE OUTBOARD EDGE, ARE 1.52" APART ON FRAMES 01 THROUGH 1996. FOREIGN MATTER CLINGING TO A FIDUCIAL MARK IMPAIRS ITS CLARITY, AS DESCRIBED IN MISSION 3650. 3. GENERAL NEGATIVE CONDITION: PROCESSING STREAKS AND A STATIC DISCHARGE, ALONG THE INBOARD EDGE, ASSOCIATED WITH THE CAMERA PRESSURE ROLLER, ARE PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE MISSION. 4. POSITIVE: A. PI SUITABILITY IS GOOD WHERE WEATHER PERMITS. PRINTING AND PROCESSING ARE GOOD. B. CLOUDS OBSCURE OR DEGRADE APPROXIMATELY 70 PERCENT OF THE MISSION.
