AND BLISTERS.
C. 9L SIDE: A LIGHT LEAK EFFECTS TH FOLLOWING FRAMES IN
VARYING DEGREES: 169, 175, 1391, 1969 191, 197-201. IN THE
BORDER, ON THE OUTBOARD EDGE OF FRAME 469, WHICH IS FOGGED,
THERE IS A PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE OF BUBBLES. THIS IS NOT A STAIN
BUT RATHER A PROCESS OF CHANGING THE SILVER HALIDES TO BLACK
METALLIC SILVER TO FORM THE IMAGE. THIS WOULD SUGGEST THAT
THE FOGGING OCCURRED DURING PROCESSING, SEVERAL INK SPOTS
APPAR ON FRAMES 1-6 AND ON FRAME 803 THERE ARE CHEMICAL STAINS
ON THE MULSION OF FRAMES 520, 742 AND 743.
D. PROCESSING STREAKS ARE MODERATE AND CONTINUOUS THROUGH-
OUT THE MISSION.
E. THERE ARE NO MAJOR CAMERA OR PROCESSING MALFUNCTIONS
EVIDENT.
3. POSITIVE:
A. PI SUITABILITY IS FAIR. THE PHOTO INTERPRETERS REPORT
A PRONOUNCED DEGRADATION IN "PICTURE IMAGE QUALITY", DUE TO THE
FACT THAT THE POSITIVE IS GROSSLY OVEREXPOSED. THIS SITUATION
WAS ORIGINALLY REPORTED ON MISSION 3661. SEVERAL PINHOLES WERE
NOTED THROUGHOUT THE POSITIVE.
B. CLOUDS OBSCURE 90 PERCENT OF THIS MISSION.
