REF
AFTER A THOROUGH STUDY OF THE REPORTED MISSILE ASSOCIATED
FACILITY, NPIC CANNOT SUPPORT THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE 2
U/I RADARS, 2 MISSILE TRANSPORTERS, AND 3 PROBABLE SCORPION-TYPE
LAUNCHERS AS REPORTED IN REFERENCE. ALTHOUGH WE CANNOT POSITIVELY
IDENTIFY THIS EQUIPMENT BECAUSE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS,
OUR ANALYSIS INDICATES THAT NONE OF THE PIECES OF EQUIPMENT
AT THE FACILITY HAVE THE CONFIGURATION OF RADAR AND THAT THE
REFERENCED TRANSPORTERS AND LAUNCHERS LACK THE PROPER CONFIGURATION
OF SAM-ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT. MENSURATION OF THE REFERENCED i
TRANSPORTERS AND LAUNCHERS IS INCONCLUSIVE.
