1. The OCR Career Service Board has nominated the following
people to attend Kings Point Seminars during the coming year:
2. It would be most beneficial for the career development
of these employees, as well as increase their value to the Agency,
to provide them with additional management training and give them
a better understanding of management techniques employed in the
various government agencies. The experience should be of con-
