As you probably know, for the past two years we have been making
revolutionary changes in the academic programs of the Industrial Ccllege.
These changes have resulted from our continuing efforts to make the
Resident Course responsive to the future-assignment needs of the highly
motivated and already successful senior officers and top civilian officials
who constitute the student body.
As part of a comprehensive study to determine whether we are meeting
these needs, we have asked past IC.kF students to give us their personal
views of the current. ICAF curriculum, based on their experience since
k,raduat or. Additionally, our study will include official staff pcrsati.on.s
from the military services on the ICAF program.
Now, to he as sure as we possibly can, that weare on the right track,
we, need to know what you.-the senior executive and future employer of ICAF
graduates -,v-think are the most essential materials for building that. "product."

on your staff or in your organization? What knowledge and executive skills
should he possess, both while working for you and in future assignments?`
