Passage of the Government Employees Training Act by the 85th
Congress represents an im,,ortant milestone in the field of agency
administration. The Act and the Regulations just published impose im-
portant responsibilities And decisions on you and your operating people.
In order to help answer some of the questions that officials are
raising, we are pl-,Lenin - an all-day conference devoted to "What the
Training Act Means." It w1 L11 be held on 1 April 28, at the
Department of Nealtt. Erucation and Welfare Auditorium. would
