t. Effective Immediately, the Career Preference Outline (Form
2215) will not be used for the preparation of individual career plans.
Annual reviews of these plans conducted by the Training Career Board
will also be discontinued effective with the publication of this
notice.
2. Supervisors end Reviewing Officials may record on the Fitness
Report (Form 45) recommendations concerning appropriate assignments
and training for any individual under their supervision. Preparation
of individual career plans on each lidcareer Officer will be continued
as in the past. Career plans may also be prepared in selected cases
where extended periods of training or special developmental assignments
are proposed.
