1. Ambassador Herman Eilts, Diplomatic Advisor to the Commandant
of the Army War College, and Ambassador for five years to Saudi Arabia,
has agreed to address the COS Seminar on 18 May.
2. We have received 30 copies of the draft of the new CS Name Trace
OPERATIONS SCHOOL LIBRARY
Handbook which was put out by the CS This 25X1A8
Handbook will be particularly useful for Records II instruction and appro-
priate for the BOC. Only 300 copies have been published and the
expects to have a final version in about a year, after all
editorial and content changes have been made.

has agreed to provide a number of papers.

activities in NEA countries. To date, 41 items were sent to
