ecause of diverse views on drug usage coming from
many perspectives and sources, a clear statement is deemed
necessary and useful.
The medically unsupervised and non-prescribed use of
rugs (with particular reference to marijuana, barbiturates,
amphetamines, hallucinogens, and narcotics) cannot be justi-
fied, supported, or condoned by the office of Medical Services
as useful in any fashion to man's well-being.
