1. The Office of Training has arranged for the BNDD to provide a two -
day briefing at headquarters building on 13-14 October 1970. Addressees
have evidenced an merest in the subject of narcotics and dangerous drugs.
2. It is requested that you advise me the numbers of officers you would
like to attend so we may select an appropriate area for the briefing or assign
quotas on the basis of space limitations.
