Practically 100% of time is being spent
on preparations for shooting of this picture. Casting is the major
problem. Although thirty-one individuals have been interviewed,
only 4 parts have actually been cast to date. March 1, is still the
target date for production to begin.

1. Twenty-four cardboard plaques with lettering and "hook
and loop" material attached for lecture use on subject of commu-
nist party organization.
1. Twenty 2x2 color transparencies on "History of Chinese
People., " were prepared for projection.
1. Fifteen acetate covered cards with "hook" material
attached for use with grease marking crayons.

1. Three Vu-graph slides were mounted for projection.
Subjects concerned the functional organization of CIA, NSC
and USIB.

Management School
1. Twenty-five color coded lapel tags were prepared for
classroom use.
1. 15 "hook and loop" device cards were prepared for dependents
briefing.
1. A set of numbers were prepared with adhesive tape for
use with existing class schedule board.
Counterinsurgency Seminar
1. Two Vu-graph slides were prepared with the following
titles:
a. 'Organization of Leftist Insurgency"
b.
2. Two Ortholith Positives were made up as slides for
- on subject of insurgency in Latin America.
25X1A Operations School
1. Revisions were made on the DDS organization flip chart
to correct "Office of Medical Services, " and "LTS. "
2. Seven headliner titles on "materials records" were
prepared.
3. Forty-five student name cards were prepared and 40
wooden holders for class use.
25X1A Intelligence Production Facult
1. One 36 inch square aerial photo of D. C. taken with
hexagonal view camera was mounted and will be prepared
for classroom mounting in Room 401.
