instructor personnel scheduled for assignment ].J. more

Plans Staff
4TR,Personnel is currently rewriting fob descriptions which are
now entitled Educational Specialists for the third and fourth positions,
Since the Educational Specialist's responsibility has been placed with
the School Ghiefs, the rewrite is t? change the ~obsinto regular plans
staff officers.
