OTHER ACTIVITIES
1. Mr, Keller, Mr. Wilson and Mr. Erwin from GSA
inspected Arlington Towers on 18 November to check
the effectiveness of the char force in keeping
the building clean. All were in complete agreement
that we are_not getting the services to which we are
entitled and the matter would be taken up with the new
management. When the report reaches Mr. MacFarland's
desk, an explosion can be expected because he has
already accused us of trying to create obstacles to.
his management of this building. Mr. Keller suggested
that we deal directly with him on maintenance problems
and not with the building management.. This may be our
only solution to good building maintenance.
