The 75th is a special case for whom separate arrangements are being made for the Headquarters phase, but who will join the group in the OC under suitable cover arrangements. We, FE Division and the Office of Security, as well as Cover Staff, have been involved in the arrangements. The composition of the class will be reported in detail in a sep- arate memo. 5. We were pleased to note that the up-coming Mid-Career Course No. 5 includes four ex-JOT's: 1.
