2. Of the 15 members of the IPC, one,
will be attached to the Office of the General Counsel. Each
of the other 14 has at least three interviews arranged within
DD/I components, and three will be interviewed by John Clarke.
3. You-will recall 4 memorandum to DTR from DD/P/OP,
dated 27 April 1964, which nominated 68 internal candidates for
the Program. Action on the list in subsequent months has been

4. The JOT Class of January 1965 will open on 11 January
with 74 members present. The 75th is a special case for whom
separate arrangements are being made for the Headquarters
phase, but who will join the group in the OC under suitable cover
arrangements. We, FE Division and the Office of Security, as
well as Cover Staff, have been involved in the arrangements.
The composition of the class will be reported in detail in a sep-
arate memo.
5. We were pleased to note that the up-coming Mid-Career
Course No. 5 includes four ex-JOT's:
