3. Reference my last Weekly concerning the Defense
Management Systems Course at Monterey -- Mr. Mogin
called and informed me that there had been a cancellation
and we could now send one student I called
Mr. John Clarke's office to verify which of his nominees
would attend. His secretary informed me that he had also
been in communication with the Pentagon. Mr. Clarke is
delighted that one space is now available.

External Training monies. He hopes to solve the problem of
their location and lack of transportation, especially for
priority cases. At an earlier date, requested a 25X1
fund be set up for Training. When OF received the NPIC
