The case is very similar to an OEL case of six
months standing -- also planned 25X1
to resign and go back to the academic world. OEL was
delighted that would be leaving. When informed
that he would have to pay back, asked for time 25X1
to decide whether he would leave or not. He is still deciding.

3. Biographic resumes on the next Senior Seminar in
Foreign Policy students are ready for publication-- with the
