"Executive Seminar in ADP," beginning 11 February 1965.
3. Two OC instructors have just returned from the
KG-13 Maintenance Course given at Lackland Air Force Base.
Although this was a ten-week course, both gentlemen finished
four weeks ahead of schedule by passing a special test. They
had nothing good to. say about the course. Instructional aids
consisted of a blackboard which was talked to by a large number
of instructors who were "falling over each other. " The returnees
informed us that the Air Force teachers were trained in this
equipment by NSA. Therefore we will look into getting any
additional instruction locally.
4. The next running of the Vietnamese Provincial
Officers Program begins 11 January 1965. Two candidates
were tested on 7 December but the results were not satisfactory.
To date, FE has no candidates.
