were tentatively approved establishing an OTR position in relation to the
aforementioned courses. We have scheduled a similar meet'
with th Clandestine Services Officers direc concerned:

1. VISIT FROM SR OFFICER:

ers displayed in connection with the CSR course, and
when he called to inquire I invited him for a visit. We gave
him the 50-cent tour of the vault, a copy of "Readings in
Espionage Cases," and three other documents of which we have a
supply though they are CS-produced items.
2. TRAINING PAPERS
tells me that the Army surveillance film is
undergoing s ina review and will be available soon. A second
film, "Undercover," will go into production in January 1966.
Writing of the script for a third film, "Counterinsurgency,"
will also begin in January.
