In accordance with OTR policy on briefing new instructors regarding training evaluation, a half- conference was held on 2 January with 25X1A9a Mr. - the now CI/OPV, and. Both have had same previous experience with training evaluation, and the briefing was adapted accordingly. It consisted of (1) a review of general principles and procedures regarding evaluation of student performance and (2) a step-by-step examination of the O PC evaluation procedures. 2. on 3 January the pre-training testing battery was administered to four staff members, thus saving their going to Headquarters for that. 3. In a conference with AF/CS and D/AF/CS revisions in the Course Critique Pam turned in each two weeks by CC students were agreed upon. 4. Several conferences were held with the retiring Cl/07C, Mr. ', and the new Cl/CPC, Mr. concerning evaluation procedures in the OPC. 1.
