1. AF/OS devoted most of the week to discussions with
Chief Instructors of OC, OPC, ASNC and A. o noerning several 25X1A14a

ticipated in the OC Audio-Surveillance presentation on Wed-

was held by AF/OS on Friday, 18 January. Following this con-
ference AF'/OS met with all of the Operations SchoolM femi-

1. Espionage and Project Management instruction continued
in the tenth week of the Operations Course. The week's activi-
ties were highlighted by the Exercise which was 25X1A14a
run on the night of 15 January. It was the first time this
Exercise had been run by the OC on a cold and snowy night.
Participation by students and staff was enthusiastic. Messrs.
25X1A9a and the Medical Section furnished the
additional support requited to run this exercise.
2. Audio-Surveillance instruction and demonstrations were
given 16 January by Mr. and 25X1A9a

1. The second week of instruction in OFC #7 was completed
during the r.?eporti.ng period. The Tradecraft block of instruction
was concluded, and the block on P1 Programs was began..
2. Due to the icy roads, th Problem, sche-
duled for 16 January, was postponed until 2 January. Por the

January. The brie 'ing for the Desnanatration was held on

well received by the students.

Air , -Maritime Course
1. The ACC Staff gave a buflding tour to the OPC students
on the afternoon of 17 January.
2. Physical training and workouts on jump apparatus
are being conducted for a special trainee in preparation for
two parachute jumps next week.
Clandestine Field Activitles
1. On Monday, 14 January, from 2000-2400 hours, the
CPA Staff conducted a Border Training program for two special
trainees. These trainees arrived and

1. At the request of AF/DS a conference was held with him
and D/AF/OS to review certain problems of evaluating student
achievement in O0 and.OFC. Major points discussed were (1) the
difficulties of reliably judging student understanding on the
basis of seminar sessions; (2) the need for written tests of
