Espionage and Project Management instruction continued in the tenth week of the Operations Course. The week's activi- ties were highlighted by the Exercise which was 25X1A14a run on the night of 15 January. It was the first time this Exercise had been run by the OC on a cold and snowy night. Participation by students and staff was enthusiastic. Messrs. 25X1A9a and the Medical Section furnished the additional support requited to run this exercise. 2. Audio-Surveillance instruction and demonstrations were given 16 January by Mr. and 25X1A9a the following TSS persons from HQS: Messrs? and 25X1A9a 25X1A9a The field demonstration was a new element In. s curse. The next day the staff, with AF/OS present, con. ducted a critique of this activity which produced a number of suggestions for the next Course. 3. Three students were excused from the Border Exercise because of illness or convalescence. The ACC Staff gave a buflding tour to the OPC students on the afternoon of 17 January. 2. Physical training and workouts on jump apparatus are being conducted for a special trainee in preparation for two parachute jumps next week. Clandestine Field Activitles 1. On Monday, 14 January, from 2000-2400 hours, the CPA Staff conducted a Border Training program for two special trainees. These trainees arrived and Maximum security precautions were observed. 2. On part of Monday, Tuesday, and two hours Tuesday 25X1A9a evening, Mr. instructed and supervised the 00 Border Familiarizat on Program for the 0C students, 3.
