Account ]J411.1 - Advances to Employees as at
11 February 1957.
1. Reference purports by its own language to "include business
through 11 February 1957."
2. The machine run attachment, however, represents my account
on that date as being delinquent in the amount of 418.92.
3. This would indicate that my voucher plus cash balance
.return, submitted on 25 January 1957, had not been properly
credited some 17 days after submission,
li. I cannot believe that such.a lag would be countenanced
by you, and I am therefore forced to conclude that referenced
report is in error, or that my submission has been lost or improperly
credited.
5. It would be greatly appreciated if you would undertake to
have this matter examined."
