1. Reference memorandum requested that the Department
of Commerce be furnished a copy of each of the following NIS Sections:
Section 62 (Fuels and Power) on NIS Area 89 (Chile)
Section 63 (Minerals and Metals)
Section 65 (Trade and Finance)
2. This request was considered and approved by the NIS
Committee at its regular meeting on 2 July 1957.
3. In conformity with the NIS Committee's decision, you are
authorised and requested to release a copy of Sections 62, 63, and
65 on NIS 89 to the Department of Commerce.
