1. At a meeting held on 27 March 1956 the NIS Committee
approved release of the following NIS Sections to the Export-
Import Bank:
Ch. III, VI, IX, and
Sec. 40. 41, 44, 45,
50, s s, 59
on NIS 70 through 95.

2. This dissemination to the Export-Import Bank is to be
on a continuing basis as approved by the NIS Committee. It is
requested, therefore.' that IAC-D-45/12, Part II (Revision 6,
12 March 1956) be amended to reflect this action.
