contractual commitments exist in connection with the operations
of the Special Stock Account.
2. It may be desirable for this office to suggest that an interim
review be made of the present financial position of the Special
Stock Account No. 2 operation by a representative of the office
of the Comptroller in collaboration with a representative of the
Logistics Office. If excessive funds are available in the project
account, steps should be taken to return them promptly to the
Agency.
